Shipping and Handling
Orders are shipped within 1 business day to "confirmed" addresses unless otherwise communicated through the
Kuddly Kids website or direct email communication for a specific order. If Paypal shows your address as "unconfirmed",
we will contact you through email to confirm your address. Once address IS confirmed, we will ship your purchase.
Kuddly Kids uses the following shipping methods:
Canada Post Regular Mail Canada Post Small
Packet Canada Post Expedited Parcel Canada Post Express Post
Shipping times and methods will
vary depending on your location but you can expect your order to take between 2 to 12 business days within North America once
received at the Canada Post Office.
Shipping charges are based on the size and weight of the package, packaging
costs, transportation to post office, as well as your ship to location. To see what shipping charges will be for your order,
add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. A shipping charge will be provided in the checkout process prior
to the time when you submit your order for processing. Kuddly Kids strives to keep shipping and
handling costs to a minimum; charging only actual costs. If you have been charged more
for shipping and handling at checkout through Paypal than it actually cost to prepare and ship your package, Kuddly Kids may
reimburse you a portion of the shipping fees. International orders are welcome! Please
email Kuddly Kids with your order and Kuddly Kids will provide you with a bill for the price of the merchandise plus shipping
costs. Please note that shipping charges are substantially higher outside of North America for most items. Shipping
times can also take up to 6 weeks (in business days) so make sure to order well ahead of special events to avoid disappointment!
International and American (U.S.A.) orders may be subject to import charges and duties, which
are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns & Exchanges
Our business depends on your satisfaction! If you are not completely satisfied with any
product, you have three options available to you. You have the option of a full refund, a store
credit, or exchange within 30 days of purchase. In order to accept your request for refund, store credit, or exchange,
the following conditions MUST be met:
1. All requests for return/exchange must first be communicated
to Kuddly Kids by way of email or telephone. We require your name, address, date of purchase, description of merchandise,
reason for return, and choice of either refund, exchange, or credit.
2. All merchandise being
returned MUST be in perfect, unused condition and in it's original packaging including all tags and/or stickers.
3. Customers will be responsible for any shipping charges for returns, exchanges, and credits. Original shipping
fees are non-refundable. Returns that are shipped back to Kuddly Kids are to be at the customer's expense.
Remember,
there are ALWAYS exceptions to the rule! There may be a defect or an extenuating circumstance. Please remember
to contact us regarding any questions, comments, or concerns you may have so that we can address them.
We
haven't forgotten that without YOU there would be no Kuddly Kids!
