Because of the recent concern over leaching chemicals in plastic baby bottles,
Babylife has reintroduced glass baby bottles with a new design and safety twist: the bottle is covered with a modern (silicone)
sleeve that will help protect the bottle from breakage and also prevent bumping into other articles in your diaper bag. This
sleeve is free of plastics and is 100% non-toxic. The sleeve provides a good gripping surface during feeding and also a great
tactile experience for your baby. The silicone nipple is latex-free and non-toxic. The plastic ring, plug and cap contain
no polycarbonates and are food grade, FDA approved and recyclable.
These baby bottles are bisphenol A, phthalate, PVC and polycarbonate-free. Product Care *The bottle and the sleeve can be boiled or put in the dishwasher together. *The Cap and Ring should be hand washed only. *The nipple can be hand washed or placed on the top rack of the dishwasher.
 Some
plastic bottles are now being made without bisphenol-A, but why bother with plastics and their potential health
risks and toxic afterlife when time-tested healthy and environmentally friendly glass exists? Silikids has created Siliskins to address these health/toxicity issues as well as to help prevent breakage in glass bottles. The silicone material provides an excellent gripping surface, and several circular cut-outs let you peek at the milk levels.
